Interested in going out and about to celebrate the Chinese New Year? Don’t miss out the Night Market at Carriageworks.
The market, which also doubles as the opening night for the 2017 Sydney Chinese New Year Festival, is curated by award-winning chef Kylie Kwong.
“My vision is to offer a melting pot of multi-cultural food dishes in which all of these amazing foodies are asked to think of a dish that reflects their own unique style, with an Asian twist!” said Kwong.
The market features over 50 stalls, including Rockpool Bar and Grill, Billy Kwong, the Dolphin Hotel, Good Luck Pinbone, Almond Bar, Moon Park and more.
Dishes exclusive to the market will also be served, including Chef Mike McEnearney’s Sourdough Prawn Toast as well as Kylie Kwong and RivaReno Gelato’s special Chinese New Year inspired gelato.
Other than Asian dishes, the market also offers a range of beer, wine, cocktails and liqueurs from Two Metre Tall Company, Killara Distillery, Black Market Sake and more.
