Got winter blues? Festival of Chocolate is back this year to fix that.
The two-day festival of sweet indulgences will be back at The Rocks this August, featuring cooking demonstrations and chocolate making by artisan chocolatiers and industry heavyweights such as Dean Gibson, Kirsten Tibballs (Savour School Melbourne), Jean Michel Raynaud (La Renaissance Patisserie) and more. You can also enjoy a wide range of chocolatey goods – bean-to-bar chocolate, macaroons, chocolate custard profiteroles, gelato, and even espresso martini topped with Nutella balls!
Sydney’s top foodie joints will also participate, including Black Star Pastry, Gelato Messina, Serendipity Ice Cream, Jasper & Myrtle, The Profiterole Project, The Dessert House, Dessert Jars by Rocco, The Vogue Café, and Piazza D’Oro.
