Have no idea what to gift your dad for Father’s Day? Why not a VHS-shaped ice cream cake?
To celebrate the holiday, Gelato Messina has launched a limited edition offering of VHS tape-shaped gelato-chocolate cake.
The cake, which is chocolate-orange flavoured, is layered with vermouth gelato, almond crunch, Negroni gel made with Archie Rose gin, and blood orange mousse. For the final touch, an edible VHS chocolate layer tops the cake – what’s not to love?
You can order the cake here – but be quick, it has sold out in numerous locations.

On Friday, July 7, customers can bring in anything to a Max Brenner shop to get in drizzled in chocolate for free.
So far, the shop has suggested to bring the following: burgers, pizzas, salads, shoes, avocado toast, magazines, or your boss. However, animals and forbidden/inappropriate items cannot be drizzled – other than that, it should be good to go.
All Max Brenner stores across Australia are participating, so get ready and get excited.
